Teach with Tutoring by Teachers UK

Join a growing team of brilliant qualified teachers

Tutoring by Teachers UK is always interested in hearing from experienced, enthusiastic teachers who would like to work with small groups of pupils in welcoming local tuition centres.

We currently operate across South East London and Kent, with further centres planned as the business grows.

Some opportunities are available immediately, while others form part of our future tutor talent pool.

Why teachers work with us:

We understand teaching because Tutoring by Teachers UK was founded and is led by a qualified teacher.

Our tutors can focus on what they do best: teaching children well.

You can expect:

  • Competitive pay of up to £50 per hour
  • Small-group teaching
  • Prepared curriculum, lesson plans and resources
  • No planning lessons from scratch
  • No lengthy school meetings or unnecessary paperwork
  • Local evening work
  • Support from an experienced teacher-led team
  • Clear systems, expectations and communication
  • Opportunities to grow into lead tutor and centre leadership roles

Experience in SATs, 11+, SEND, interventions or upper Key Stage 2 is particularly welcome, although it is not essential for every role.
